Activity - Reflection on this module and on protecting global biodiversity

Completion requirements

We hope you enjoyed learning about Protecting Global Biodiversity.

How we live our lives and decisions we make often have better outcomes for global biodiversity.

Your final activity asks you to think about all the things that you have covered in this module and thinking ahead to actions you can take.

Using this knowledge, could you make changes in your life to help protect and preserve global biodiversity?

Try to identify positive impacts you could can on biodiversity in your neighbourhood, suburb, city or beyond. For example:

  • Could you reduce your carbon footprint?
  • Could you buy fewer products to be more sustainable and use less plastic?
  • Could you plant more native plants or create areas for wildlife?

Reflect on which changes are easy or hard for you to make, then make some final notes on the actions you can take personally to protect and preserve a world full or wonderful and important biodiversity.

Use the downloadable activity sheet to record your answers.
